The North Puget Sound Dragon Boat Club has an opportunity for public sponsors. Donors can purchase scales on the side of the 48-foot dragon boat for $50 each. Names of cancer survivors or lost loved ones will be placed on the scales. Your donation is tax deductible.

Scales are made of marine vinyl and self adheres to the sides of the boat. The scales are what give the boat its dragon appearance. Each scale measures approximately 2" x 3".
The name of the boat, Blue Heron, fits the long lean nature of the boat's design and recognizes one of the winged giants of North Puget Sound. The paddling club is a non-profit organization formed in May 2006 to help increase cancer awareness and to provide its members opportunities for fitness, fun and social networking.
